The development effort actively strives to sustain and expand the school's ability to fulfill its mission now and in the future. We are
committed to developing an understanding of and support for the school by raising awareness of our needs as we cultivate connections with our
various constituencies. We aim to build Charles River School's financial resources through vigorous annual, capital, and endowment giving programs.
Ways
to Give
Annual
Fund Support for this yearly fund-raising effort comes from all facets of the CRS community and contributes to the School's immediate needs. Your gift WILL make a difference.
Endowment
Charles River School's future is secured,
in part, through thoughtful and generous
gifts to the endowment, which is valued
at $6.8 million as of January 2010.
Our endowment is comprised of unrestricted
and restricted endowment monies. To read
more, to see a list of our endowment funds
or to make a donation click the button on this page.
Capital
Projects We raised $7.2 million and we thank you. Visit the POTENTIAL
ENERGY campaign website.
The Richard Saltonstall Charitable Foundation provided the final impetus for the campaign. This challenge plus 5 previous challenge gifts over four years, helped CRS raise $7.2 million in support of a new gym, dining room, instructional spaces for 7th and 8th grade, a pool, and increased funds for the endowment.
A bit of school history- review our 2000-2004
campaign and read about significant endowment
funds added through a bequest and through
general giving in the campaign called Foundations
for Learning.
